The Embodied Project’s Mission is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, fitness, and wellness — helping you break through limitations, reconnect with your body, and discover new capabilities from within.

Services Offered

All services are available remotely. If you local to Los Angeles, we can meet in-person.

  • Your mitochondria are your body’s power plants — when they thrive, so do you. Training with Mitochondria Repair in mind aims to repair cellular health, improve insulin sensitivity, and restore energy systems to help you feel more resilient, energized, and alive in everyday life.

  • Do you want to run a marathon? Do your first century ride? Swim a mile without stopping?
    Endurance Training focuses on cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, coordination, and mental resilience — so you can run, bike, swim, or do whatever you do — longer and stronger. Beginners are welcome. We can start from zero and get you to your goal.

  • We offer nutrition coaching for every stage:

    • Beginners: Learn how to fuel your body sustainably without restriction. Learn how to separate science-backed research and fad diets. We work together to find a plan that works for your unique makeup to get you to your goals.

    • Athletes: Fine-tune performance nutrition to optimize training, recovery, and energy levels.


  • I don’t believe that there is a superior type of body in the world. We work together to reframe weight loss. I believe that the number on a scale holds no meaning to our worthiness of love or attention. I coach with this idea in mind.

    Reframing weight loss means that we can align to goals for improving life quality, like improving your cardiovascular health & strength, improving confidence, breaking down personal barriers and mental blocks.

    The number one indicator of success for reaching a goal (any goal, not just weight loss) is consistency and follow through. Not only does reframing weight loss build sustainability, but it also improves overall mental health, and wellness. Results come from reworking your life, not restriction.

  • This is not your gym bro’s Personal Training. Embodied Project personal training, is training that reconnects you to your body through intentional movement, personalized programming, and a wholistic approach. We build strength that feels good from the inside out.
