Health and wellness has always been a part of my life. Growing with a father who has a supplement cabinet, I was constantly hearing about how “this product will cure cancer”, and “that product will cure your IBS”. I never questioned it much. In 2022 when I began my personal journey with health and wellness, I quickly realized that most weight loss products, wellness supplements, and programs are rooted in capitalism and selling the dream body and life. With this ONE THING, all of your problems will be solved.
I spent the last few years learning about human health and wellness, based in scientific research and peer reviewed studies. In pursuit of uncovering the truth behind weight loss, weight management, wellness, and the beauty standards that are placed on us, I was able to uncover something meaningful. Everything is connected; Our body image is informed by our ability to do stuff, and our confidence is gained through trying things and succeeding. With today’s world moving faster than ever (fast fashion, short form scrolling, virality) we seek instant gratification. When we set a weight loss goal in the traditional sense, we nearly always set ourselves up for failure. When we set process oriented goals, we have a much higher rate of success, that leads to higher confidence, and improved body image.
True health and wellness takes time. Often much longer than you think, and you don’t need to buy a supplement to get there. In fact, I’m almost certain that you already have everything you need to get started (aside from gear intended for your sport of choice…I love gear!). The only thing you might be missing is a roadmap, a coach, and someone to help you get to the root of what your desired outcome is. That’s where I come in!
I make personalized roadmaps for how to reach your goals, and provide coaching along the way. I specialize in Mitochondrial Repair, Metabolic Health, Endurance training, and Nutrition coaching. I do offer coaching in weight loss and weight management, but it’s not in a traditional sense, we focus on you, and how to get you to where you need to be versus trying to get to a goal fast. I’m never going to promise you X lbs lost, I’m only going to promise you a higher self-esteem, and greater confidence so that you can learn to love yourself as you are <3.
